lol IMO all the guns are good in the way they are, pgs1 may inflict 97% on ya, but if u cant heal on time (like noobs) I would recommend you a kevlar. Thats so great about urt, theres always something that can prevent another thing.

They need to make the PSG do maybe 90% or 80% Damage because it pisses me off that after you get shot you have around 1 or 2 seconds to start healing or else ur gunna bleed to death.

The sniper rifles ARE being changed in this version according to what I have read. In particular the unscoping is being tweaked to be more hit location dependent... so like... a leg hit shouldn't unscope the SR-8 anymore I believe. We'll see.

Yeah, the movement looks awkward at certain points.  Overall I'd say that so far it's an improvement over the old animations, especially the crouching one.
