its SO hard for me to decide between mp5k and UMP.
UMP does more damage per hit?? correct?? But mp5k sends out LOADS more bullets?? I think.

Yep, UMP does the same damage as the LR300 or M4 does. It has a relatively slow rate of fire though. It's typically more accurate at mid to long range than the mp5k. Some players like to use it it spam mode where it shoots a quick burst of 3 bullets but there is a lengthy delay between bursts. If you can be accurate with the burst it's pretty deadly though
mp5k has a very fast rate of fire but relatively weak bullets. Can be effective at closer range with the sheer volume of bullets being fired. Does require 2 headshots (no helmet) for a kill like the negev. I believe it is less accurate overall at longer ranges.
SPAS - Very powerful at close range, can do up to 80% damage per bullet and kill in 2 well placed shots. Horrible at long range
and only 6 bullets (the new shotgun looks to be a bit more accurate, have more recoil and hold 8 bullets instead of 6)
Overall I think it's really the combination of secondary and sidearm that makes a difference. For example I won't carry the spas and DE at the same time, seems pointless. I'd have the spas for close range and take the retta for mid range. For me, I like the DE with the mp5k for the extra power from the pistol when you need to take a guy down in 2 shots or so. And I'll play either sidearm with the UMP.
Typically I don't carry a secondary though unless I snipe and even then I may not bother.
