If it's a stupid idea, just remove it or whatever, but I personally like to watch demos after just a quick download.  I don't know about you, it's just my opinion.

Download it, its what you want. 

Avi and any other video file is easier to fake than a demo.

4 GiB for a 256 KB Demo? No thanks, my processor, bandwidth, and HDD do not have that in them.

Never going to happen and besides that I created the demo loader application just for this reason so you no longer have to go thru 20 steps just to view a demo.  With the demo loader you only have 2 steps.

1.) Click the demo link.
2.) Send it to the demo loader app.

What's so hard about that or are you not using it. If not then it's your own fault because it's been available for along time now and can be downloaded from the resources area of our site.

Haha talking about demos I am having some really bad issues. I don't know what I did but I can no longer view demos.

I think my adobe got deleted or something.

Yea.....so if someone could fix it sometime tommorow walk me through it that would be great :)

Adobe has nothing to do with demo files or viewing them unless you use some special application that requires Adobe Air or something like that to view the demos with.

I do not have time to fix your issue tho installing UrT over itself might fix the issue for you. (if you choose this route however you should backup your config files first so you can restore them in the event they are overwritten with the default ones)

didn't know about the demo loader, sorry :( .  Anyways, I'm on a mac (stupid mac... I hate this thing) so.. I hope it works with crossover
