The purpose of [1upZ] is "to infuse interest in zombie styled games, with emphasis on Urban Terror" by offering a "relaxed procedure" for admission:

          "Admission into [1upZ] shall be a relaxed procedure compaired to admission standards for 1up Clan.
          ...acceptance into [1upZ] shall be granted freely to people who demonstrate a reasonable interest
          in participating in [1upZ] styled games."
