I'm missing some character skins or something idk but its pissing me off and i cant figure it out. only in 4.2

Are you playing on ur netbook?  sometimes the gfx card can't handle the textures and stuff.  Also I think there have been reports of weird stuff like that, models, effects, skins.  Try redownloading.  Maybe post on urt forums.
