It could be a PSP. It could be whatever you picture is to be.

i.e-- Nintendo64 Portable... Just an idea. Doesn't mean you have to follow it.

Since you are a gamer, and wanted a sceen I was thinking of making a similar PSP and adding your name to the screen.  I really do not know, just throwing out ideas, besides I had no clue about the border you mentioned earlier.

Edit:  I could also modify the one I created for you earlier, the one with |NWIW|G|Man on it, and just remove the |NWIW| then center the text?
