Need help! :(

I have no idea but recently i cant play urt  cuz of every few seconds in a game i will lose all control over my character.
I see everyone else moving fine , But i can move my mouse all i want and i cant move, Also its not CI or connection.

Making me mad

In shot 1, it looks like you went to 0 ping, which is CI.
Try ut_timenudge 15 and try to play when no one is using the internet.

Out of curiosity when was the last time you got a new serverlist and refreshed your servers. If I experience weird stuff that works for me. Or I just chill and don't play for about two days.

I have experienced this same problem infrequently, almost always in casa, and on a rare occasion in bath.  However, in Bath, my client has been known to crash on strange occasions (usually when someone gets knifed and sploded in the tunnel by blue spawn). 

Going from memory (its been at least a week since it happened so take with a grain of salt) I believe my netgraph didn't show any dropped packets when I would get "stuck".   I would usually be walking forward and my keys would be unresponsive for a short period of time (although I could still see movement of team players on the mini map and receive hits at a normal rate).  Its frequent for me so I don't think much of it.  If it happens frequently for you, you should take a demo (f12) and we can see how your netgraph responds.

Change your graphics to a lower value. Lower Graphics filter to trillinear, drop to 32 bits in color, turn off doppler, etc.
just post if it keeps going.

After trying everything imaginable(Believe me!) i finaly decided to check my processes in the background,
There wasent THAT much but appearently that was the problemo!
At least thats what i think so far. YAY FOR NOT HACKED PCS!
