Before requesting VIP for the 1upZ No More Room in Hell server, you MUST be a member of the 1upZ gaming group. In order to become a member of 1upZ, you MUST fill out an application at http://www.1upclan.info/cforms/1upZ_apply/index.php. Applications must be in English, as none of the 1up Admins are fluent in Spanish, Portugese, or Russian. Once your application is accepted, you may send your Steam ID to RonaldLee[1up] and request the status upgrade he will grant VIP status within a few days IF you followed the above steps correctly. The VIP status change is dependent on a live human manually adding you to the group, so please be patient.
This is the ONLY way to get VIP.
You WILL NOT receive VIP status if you request it in the Shoutbox.
You WILL NOT receive VIP status if you request it as a reply in this or any other thread.
You WILL NOT receive VIP status if you request it in a private message.
You WILL NOT receive VIP status if you request it in the Steam group.
You WILL NOT receive VIP status if you request it in the game.
You WILL recieve VIP status if you post an approved application to the 1upZ application board.

Now 1up needs a new game that we can put up lots of servers for people to play.
Urban Terror died and that was our popular game from 2009 to 2012. I tried from 2013-2015 to keep it going, but 4.2 just never had the excitement that 4.1 had.
Rainbow 6 is probably best bet.
