Hello!

I have a bomb server (4.1.1) and I would like to enable flash grenade, but I don't know what can I have to do. Please help me.

On a more serious note, I'm 99% sure you need a mod in order to give flash grenades, or have a map with them spawned. So yeah.

Flash grenades (to my knowledge) are a mod and aren't in the base urt game.  1up clan does not give away there mods (we would prefer people gaming on 1up servers and becoming 1up members).  I hope that answers your question.
