First, a big welcome to all our new members. I know I'm a little late on one. Tesla is our newest full member. We have two new trial members, Lucid_D1, and the.fox.
Make sure to help out and give encouragement to our trial members whenever you can, we want them to become full members. :)
Get ready, because 1up will be hosting a series of tournaments soon. I don't know the details or when they'll be happening, but I hear if you win one you'll be getting $25.
Tesla has gotten our Servers page up and running. Go to the front page and click on "Servers", it will take you to a page where you can learn about our servers and server rules. At the bottom of the page you'll see snapshots of our servers. These tell you how many players are on the server, which map is currently being played, and the server ranking. We know Public is listed twice, we'll fix it.
That's all I can think of for now. You can give us feedback if you like.

We are working on the details of our up and coming 1up Cup events. An official announcement with tournament details is forthcoming. The winners will receive a $25 cash prize. I am very pleased to have the honor of sponsoring the 1up Cup events.

I'm pretty sure at least a few sCp's are interested in possibly getting in on this tournament... we/I can also spread the word to some other clans and friends we have as well if you'd like once the details are settled.
My questions...
How are you planning to admin this whole thing and keep hackers out. I'm guessing having an admin on duty in spec at all times?
If there is a really big turnout will this be going on in multiple servers? If so, how will the competition be decided? What I mean by this is that it wouldn't be fair to have a server full of elite players and another with a few good players and a bunch of noobs. Makes life a lot harder for the great players who are fighting players of their caliber while some decent players are raping noobs and racking up kills somewhere else.
And finally what gametype?
