i have recently been doing LAN dedicated and using the UrT client(not a special server client)

Like I said, how are you sending commands?
Since it's dedicated, you use the dedicated console window, right?
Else, you can set an rcon password, and send rcon commands from the client.

ive been trying to exec Bots_Level_4.cfg from the client since i had rcon. lol. maybe thats the issue
