First off: I don't use emoticons and I can be really chilly.
All of this is meant to be very warm and supportive, please don't take this like I'm telling anyone what to do.
Right now, your biggest weapon is your communication. Whenever I would shoot at any of you, all of you knew where I was immediately in a tight, organized maneuver. This is truly impressive and intimidating.
If you would like my advice:
I would say in general, you should try and get as much practice outside of your comfort zone as you can. Take a strong group of 3 or so 1ups to Fallin-Angels and coordinate with unconventional weapons. Go to a TDM and play with the HK69 and pistol. Go to >Z<best try not to hold your breath. Find a skeetshoot2010 server and sharpen your rifle, especially if you don't normally use one [Killer, you're doing just fine with that SR8]. Try a semi-auto AK for a while. Play with and without a laser until you can respect the difference. Learn which maps make use of a helmet [SUBWAY]. When you can predict yourself, do something different. When you can predict your team, make some new plays.
You have the heart and cohesion to make something powerful.
You will take some licks [and certainly so will I], let them sharpen, not discourage you.
If you only play with each other you aren't able to see what else is coming.
Good luck out there.
