I AM DONE yeah here it is my final copy it works in all game modes except follow the leader which it may work on (personaly i would like it on 1up Ts public 1up Ts priv 1up CTF and 1up FFA)well here it is

Please take a moment to upload this map and review it so it will help you to develop some other ideas in your map. It is a nice start for a first time map. Review the attached map for additional good filler ideas. You could rebuild your map into a ported version of Forestfrag for Q3A ported to Urt.

hmm maybe i did try to rush my map welli am gonna make a bigger better more rockier 1 but will still have 1up dragon i would also love it if someone could tell me how to get a different color light entity

Finally got it to work.  Good idea.  Here are a few things that I thought could be changed:

Lighting - too dark to see at all in a few places

Grass mazes - one of the spawn points is almost impossible to get out of

Marking - there are several instances where teleporters or push pads are indistinguishable from the surrounding area (push pad and teleporter on a floor textured exactly the same as the rest if the floor, etc).  Knowing where they are upon entering a room would improve gameplay IMO.

Overall, I would say that the map is decent.  I like the sniper room in the "dragon".  Seems to me that you have the potential to become a great mapper.  Keep up the good work.  Finish this one off.  Then move on to the next one.  :)

wait what there isnt a sniper room in the dragon but there is one below it and only me nova and happycamper know how to get there but yeah i will fix those things and make it rockier and whatnot i am gonna need to learn how to use shaders (never could get directories to work)

lol how did ya find out it was realy realy realy hidden i mean seriously :grr:well i guess thats what happens and if any of you look below sniper room you can see novas room that one will be harder to find out

Change the name of the shader you use for no damage. You can create shader conflicts by having a shader in more than one pk3 file (and in the zpak files) with the same name. To avoid those problems, use only one name per shader.

ok i include 3 things for you in this .zip, which you need to unzip.. INSIDE this zip is a readme file i have created for you so you can understand what to do.. inside is a slide.shader (goes in your scripts folders) and a slide folder that needs to go into your texture folders just follow the readme and you will understand everything to do  ;)
