This is some good news for us Linux gamers.
I am guessing this is the result of Torvalds Drops F-Bomb on Nvidia (06/25/12).  I guess when you piss someone off so badly that you get cussed out in the public media that you may want to reconsider your actions.

In other news the native port of Steam to Linux is coming along nicely.
