Just got the original red faction on steam for $10. still a great game and cheap. it gets better. there are still servers online for multiplayer! if anyone else picks it up lemme know.

its a great game. graphics like URT because its old, but you can use explosive to blow up most walls and floors too. on multi i remember being on teams, and you can kinda hide a c4 on your buddy, and suicide bomb them. BUT shoot the c4 and boom.... back before if they died and c4 didnt go off, you could still blow it up. then make caves and sniping points in a cliff half way across the map

yeah that game was really unique for its day. I just played the single player again last year before the latest one came out. the geomod 2.0 is cool and all but I still miss being able to blow holes in walls and tunnel around!
