I am betting you just entered the server and there were some oddities. Explains why everyone is 0:3 (Your better than this zod) and no one is on the mini map.

Nobody is on the minimap because it's Eagle. And I assume everyone is 0:3 because he hasn't updated the score card after joining the server.
Pro mod or just a random fps thing?

Ya but they would be the same size as his right? Correct me if I am wrong but I didn't know you could change the size of teamates without changing yours aswell.

As far as I know you can't change the size of those things.
But in the map eagle you never have arrows only dots.
Maybe because its a big map? Idc.

He has a glitch, and didn't press his +scores button, so it will cycle 0:10 - 0:0 and back.
Usually happens during demos, but apparently he got it in game.

Ruusan is right, it also happens sometimes where all the scores are 0:30942 or some number like that.

Every time i join a server everybody has the same stats.

YaYaYa, make a server with bot_enable 1, devmap ut4_dressingroom, add a bunch a bots, timescale 0.01 you get 1001 FPS pretty much guranteed. Because the 1 second game time is now 100 seconds real time but frames go at same speed real time
