:( been work on this for two weeks intiib bit because i need a break from my studies but when i get on any sever i get like 12 fps cant move around or jump like i use to just suxs to play standin' still :-[ anyone have ideas what i can do about it [ oh and thx for all your help gettin' back on at all :D ]

Uhmm.. Aside from toning your graphic settings ALL the way down (like I do), removing all the 'effects' like the casing drops, bullet marks, and even the blood settings will help.
Actual video card settings in windows will help too. If you have a 3d driver, make sure you set it to 'performance' and not 'quality'. Use 16bit color, not 32bit. (not that this really matters, urt will force 16bit color if you tell it to.)
Thats about the extent of my knowledge. Much past this, you'd better beg pyrite for some help.

I had the same prob 19 fps was the best i was getting. It happened all at ones with no warning my pc was getting hot caz 1 of my fans failed to start got the fan fixed now i get my norm. of 125fps

thx guys but none of that stuff helped much found i had a bad driver on my vid bata ver,... :( found a gamer one that works back at 80 fps :) now for bad cuzzin' [my mouse] tweaks :/
