Yo guys.
Im making an urt video.
I already have a soundtrack and a couple of demos but I need some help with putting the vid together.
When I run a demo and typ:/avi it changes the demo in a .avi file.
So when I run the vid in movie maker it has a very bad resolution... 
Does somebody know how to fix that?

And does anybody know a good program for making vids?

Turn off fullscreen.
Change resolution to 720.
/cl_aviFrameRate 60
/video NAME

I don't think lancer has good material considering he is my ***** amid I'm his master/mentor so he's  a nab I'll give u a demo of me...if u want it..

Do you mean the resolution of my pc or the resolution of urt?

Its gonna be a video especially about 1up Zombie TS and a bit Zombie Bomb.
So if you have demos of those send them to me pls.

If your using win xp movie maker, your final output quality will be subpar at best.  There are some online nle programs online that are better than xp and are free.  You can edit on youtube, livestream studio, video spin.  I also set my fps in urt to 30 when capturing/exporting avi (unless your doing intense speed effects, every extra frame is handy), since often the final output/sequence will be 24 or 30fps.

I prefer to record at 300 fps when possible (short clips)
or at least 60, since motion blur requires a good fps for a good look,
and I like to have my raw footage high quality.

If you aren't slowing the footage down, 60fps is wasted on your 30 or 24fps sequence, your nle is just dropping frames.
