Red what upload speed do you have to be able to stream?

Ive got 1 mbps upload speed but that only gets me 480 video quality. If I had faster upload speeds I could go 1000Hd Your video card and stuff doesn't matter If you can run the game on your computer well then that's fine. It's your upload speed that will affect the quality of your stream. Not your computer.
